Security Specialist – Site Operations Lead

About the role

The Security Specialist leads security operations at a client site, ensuring all procedures, guard performance and safety standards are consistently met. This role acts as the bridge between field teams and client expectations, providing leadership and operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Function as site head or second‑in‑command, overseeing all security activities.
• Supervise Security Supervisors and Guards, conduct daily muster, uniform and tool inspections.
• Serve as primary client contact, hold regular meetings and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure access control, patrolling, visitor management and asset protection follow SOPs.
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems, coordinate with client security teams.
• Manage incidents such as theft, fire or medical emergencies and lead evacuation protocols.
• Prepare daily shift logs, incident reports, weekly performance summaries and manpower deployment reports.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, drills and support audits or inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 4‑8 years of security industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer role.
• Background in defence, police or paramilitary is preferred.
• Age 28‑50 years (flexible for ex‑servicemen).
• Physically fit, minimum height 170 cm.
