Security Response & Emergency Representative

About the role

Wells Fargo is looking for a Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative to join its Security Response Center. The role involves real‑time monitoring, escalation, and resolution of security alarms and incidents across the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Security Response Center analysts to follow escalation guidelines and written procedures.
• Review, prioritize, and distribute work to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Perform moderately complex, time‑sensitive security, operational, and customer‑support tasks.
• Respond to alarm system maintenance needs and resolve security situations as they arise.
• Interact with internal and external customers, vendors, and on‑site teams.
• Monitor and process life‑safety, robbery, burglary, and other alarms in accordance with Wells Fargo security procedures.
• Work on a shift‑based schedule (morning, afternoon, night) as determined by the ESOC team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of private security, banking, or corporate security experience, or equivalent experience through training, military service, or education.

Required skills

• Experience with ShoreView, Everbridge‑VCC, OSINT, Datamir, Lenel OnGuard, PSIM platforms, and command‑center operations.
