Security Personnel (Freshers & Experienced) – Invite Only

About the role

Akasa Air is seeking both freshers and experienced security personnel to safeguard passengers, staff and airport facilities across India. The role involves enforcing aviation security regulations, monitoring restricted zones and responding promptly to any security incidents at Bengaluru Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct threat assessments and ensure effective response capability.
• Follow the Security Programme and monitor quality systems continuously.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property.
• Implement AEP guidelines issued by the Airport Operator, BCAS, MOCA and the Government of India.
• Assess and scrutinise AEP applications and supporting documents before submission.
• Maintain accurate files, log sheets and provide inputs for training needs.
• Update manuals and local procedures and verify invoices.

Required profile

• Minimum HSC qualification; graduate preferred.
• 0‑1 years of experience in security; freshers welcome.
• Height requirement: female ≥ 157 cm, male ≥ 168 cm.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player.

Required skills

• AVSEC/Screener certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory compliances.
