Security Personnel (Freshers & Experienced) – Bengaluru Airport

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our airport security team at Bengaluru Airport. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of security experience, and will involve safeguarding passengers, staff and airport assets in compliance with aviation security regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security standards as defined by the company and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct threat assessments, monitor restricted zones and respond promptly to security incidents.
• Implement and follow the Airport Emergency Procedures (AEP) and related guidelines issued by the airport operator, BCAS, MOCA and the Government of India.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property and ensure quality system conformance.
• Prepare and maintain logs, files and documentation, including verification of invoices.
• Assist in the preparation and scrutiny of AEP applications and supporting documents for regulatory submission.
• Support training needs by providing inputs and updating manuals and local procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC); graduate preferred.
• 0‑1 years of experience in security, preferably in an aviation environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical height requirement: minimum 157 cm for females, 168 cm for males.

Required skills

• AVSEC/Screener certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of aviation regulatory compliances.
