Security Officer – Manpower Hiring & Patrol

About the role

We are looking for a professionally trained Security Officer (MST) to join our security team. The role involves managing manpower hiring for various sites and ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and schedule security personnel for building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories on a daily basis.
• Report daily activities and incidents to the supervisor in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, health, safety and environment instructions.
• Operate and monitor security systems, controlling entry and exit of individuals, materials and vehicles.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify hazards, protect property and ensure personal safety.
• Patrol external parking areas to safeguard vehicles and detect unauthorized persons.

Required profile

• Professional training as an MST security officer, preferably with experience in G4S environments.
• Knowledge of industrial areas, critical shipments and manpower planning.
• Ability to produce accurate daily reports and follow procedural guidelines.
• Commitment to uphold health, safety and environmental standards at all times.
