Security Officer – Full-time in Gurugram

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees at our Gurugram facility. The role involves proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and close coordination with police, fire, and medical services.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol premises and monitor CCTV surveillance to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
• Control access points, verify visitor identification, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external emergency services when required.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT security or related security roles.
• Age between 21 and 40 years.
• Physically fit, medically cleared, and no criminal background.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CCTV systems.
• Experience using metal detectors and basic security equipment.
