About the role
The Security MIS Officer will manage the management information systems (MIS) for a steel manufacturing plant, focusing on data protection, digital security compliance, and threat monitoring. This role bridges data management and security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor MIS databases ensuring data integrity and security.
- Generate regular security reports and analytics for management review.
- Implement and enforce digital security policies and compliance standards.
- Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents within the information systems.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in security, MIS, or data protection.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of information security standards and reporting.
