Security Manager / Section Head

About the role
The company is seeking a senior security professional to lead the safety and protection of its cement plant, associated mines, and township. Reporting to senior management, the role combines operational oversight, liaison with local communities and police, and implementation of safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure overall security of the plant, mines and township.
- Deploy, supervise and manage security guards across all sites.
- Build and maintain good relations with local villagers and coordinate with police for additional security support.
- Conduct night vigilance, monitor CCTV systems, and generate regular security reports.
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures throughout the plant, township and mining areas.
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Chief Security Officer or equivalent.
- Mandatory ex‑serviceman background.
- Any graduate degree.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and experience with Management Information Systems (MIS).
