Security Guard

About the role

TRIG SECURITY is seeking a full‑time Security Guard to join its team in Gorakhpur. You will work on‑site to protect people, property and assets by following established security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor assigned premises and control access for visitors and staff.
• Patrol designated areas, check doors, gates and security equipment.
• Observe, report and respond to suspicious activity, alarms or incidents according to company protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees, providing clear information and maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents accurately and coordinate with supervisors or local authorities when required.

Required profile

• Strong physical security, private security and personnel security knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment and follow detailed procedures.
• Basic report‑writing skills and attention to accurate logging.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and uphold high ethical standards.
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement or related fields is beneficial; relevant certifications are an advantage.
