Security Guard – Full‑time, 12‑hour Shifts

About the role

We are looking for disciplined and vigilant Security Guards to protect premises, personnel, visitors and assets for one of our client’s sites in Noida, Delhi/NCR. The role involves 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, and is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to two years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and safeguard assigned premises, property and assets.
• Control entry and exit of visitors, employees and vehicles, maintaining accurate logs.
• Verify identification and authorize access according to security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols, security rounds and gate operations.
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards or security breaches promptly.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, providing timely assistance.
• Assist in crowd management during peak periods and coordinate with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of security posts and gate areas.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: 8th or 10th pass.
• Basic English or local language proficiency.
• Physically fit, able to stand, walk and patrol for extended periods.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, punctual, dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
