Security Guard (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

The company is seeking a full-time, on-site Security Guard to protect its facilities in Hyderabad. You will ensure the safety of property, assets and people by monitoring access points, patrolling the premises and responding promptly to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits, verify identification and manage visitor flow.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter and detect security breaches.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports and record-keeping.
• Respond calmly to emergencies, alarms or suspicious activities following established protocols.
• Assist residents, visitors and staff with directions and basic information.
• Collaborate with the facilities-management team to uphold safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong physical security abilities, including patrolling, access control and incident response.
• Experience in personnel and private security within residential or commercial settings.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to stay alert for extended periods and act under pressure.
• Basic literacy for maintaining logs and reports.
• Prior security or facilities-management experience preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
