Security Executive

About the role

Fairmont Udaipur Palace is seeking a Security Executive to lead day‑to‑day security operations across the property. The role combines operational oversight, risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security activities throughout the palace premises.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential risks.
• Develop and maintain crisis management and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during incidents.
• Organise drills and training sessions for the security team.
• Utilise CCTV systems and other security technologies to monitor the property.
• Maintain accurate records of security‑related activities.
• Manage access control systems and monitor entry points.
• Issue and track access cards for employees, tenants, and authorised personnel.
• Review and approve permits to work, including hot‑work, impairment, and working‑at‑height permits.
• Collaborate with internal departments, tenants, and external partners to enhance overall safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant security experience.
• Certificates in CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting are advantageous.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• No criminal record.
