Security Executive – Hotel Security Lead

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel team in Bangalore as a Security Executive, leading daily security operations and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. You will be the first line of defense, delivering the hospitality experience through vigilance and rapid response.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to identify and mitigate safety and security risks.
• Assist with preliminary investigations of incidents, gather information, and document findings.
• Prepare accurate security reports and maintain comprehensive records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
• Provide professional assistance to guest inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a guest‑focused mindset.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience as a security officer.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and act effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., first aid, CPR) preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
