Security Executive – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Hoxton Bengaluru City is seeking a Security Executive to support the Security Manager in safeguarding guests, staff, visitors and hotel assets. This role is pivotal in maintaining a safe environment for the brand’s first hotel in India.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in ensuring safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets.
• Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas, conducting regular patrols.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security‑related situations.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life‑safety, emergency evacuation and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost‑and‑found items and daily security activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities as required.
• Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures.
