Security Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure Security

About the role

We are seeking a Security Engineer to design, implement and operate security controls across our applications, infrastructure and cloud environments. The role combines hands‑on engineering with vulnerability management, incident response and continuous improvement of our security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and operate security controls for infrastructure, applications and cloud platforms.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, triage, prioritisation and remediation tracking.
• Implement, tune and integrate security tooling into engineering workflows.
• Support incident detection, response and system hardening activities.
• Conduct security reviews, recommend improvements and document standards, runbooks and procedures.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in security engineering across multiple domains.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, hardening and security controls.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking and OS security.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash) for security tasks.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS and OWASP.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, cloud security) are a plus.
