Security Compliance and Contractual Support Specialist

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Security Compliance and Contractual Support Specialist to join its Digital Law team in Bangalore. The role focuses on embedding security requirements into contracts, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting the global Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Key responsibilities

• Support the inclusion of security clauses in third‑party contracts and assist in negotiations.
• Monitor and anticipate security regulations across relevant geographies and assess their impact on Airbus business units.
• Contribute to the development, compliance, and certification of the Global ISMS, with emphasis on aeronautical, cybersecurity, and security standards.
• Define governance rules through the Joint Accreditation Panel and ensure alignment across divisions.
• Review contracts for legal matters related to security, cybersecurity, and digitalization, and draft negotiation support documents.

Required profile

• Experience in cybersecurity or security domains.
• Interest and knowledge in international law analysis and contract negotiations.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
