Security and Loss Prevention Specialist

About the role

The Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) Specialist will support the growth of the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program, investigating abusive entities and protecting assets across designated areas. This cross‑functional role requires close collaboration with business and corporate stakeholders to mitigate product loss while maintaining customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and follow up on the Loss Prevention Plan for MDR Concessions.
• Conduct SLP audits, surprise checks at Last Mile stations, and ensure SOPs are up‑to‑date.
• Perform risk assessments, process audits, and compliance checks in line with security policies.
• Analyze loss trends, identify abusive entities, and meet weekly investigation targets.
• Drive process improvements, gap analysis, and CAPA follow‑up.
• Prepare loss‑prevention reports and recommend initiatives based on on‑ground intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in security and loss prevention.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
