Security and Loss Prevention Specialist (International)

About the role

The Security and Loss Prevention (SLP) team is seeking an experienced specialist to lead the MDR Concessions Abuse Program. You will investigate abusive entities, protect assets, and ensure customer trust across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Loss Prevention Plan for MDR Concessions.
• Conduct SLP audits, surprise checks at Last Mile stations, and ensure SOPs are up‑to‑date.
• Perform risk assessments, process audits, and compliance checks in line with security policies.
• Analyse loss trends, identify abusive entities, and drive weekly investigation targets.
• Prepare investigation reports, root‑cause analyses, and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Recommend and implement loss‑prevention initiatives based on on‑ground intelligence.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in security and loss prevention.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with business and corporate stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
