Security Analyst – 4-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Security Analyst to join our Information Security team in Bangalore. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats across our IT infrastructure, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security alerts and incidents using EDR, XDR and other tools.
• Analyze threat data, investigate incidents, and coordinate response actions.
• Maintain and improve security controls such as SIEM, Proxy, NAC, DLP, ZTNA and VPN.
• Support cloud security for Azure, Oracle and IBM environments.
• Develop and execute incident response procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure security best practices are applied.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in information security, especially threat detection and response.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with incident response frameworks and scripting (Python, PowerShell).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CCNA/CCNP are a plus.
