About the role

FedEx is seeking a Security Agent to join its team and help maintain a safe environment across its facilities. The role involves performing security guarding duties, handling related administrative tasks, and conducting security screenings as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform security guarding and surveillance duties.
• Carry out related administrative work and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct security screenings in accordance with company policies.
• Complete defined processes and procedures by deadlines, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Identify anomalies, apply judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex matters to senior team members when necessary.
