Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist to boost our organic visibility across traditional and AI‑powered search platforms. You will work closely with content creators and technical teams to ensure our web properties rank highly for relevant queries and deliver a seamless search experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and competitor analysis.
• Perform technical SEO audits with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, SEMrush and AI‑assisted tools to identify and fix site issues.
• Develop and execute on‑page SEO strategies, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, schema markup and content structure.
• Analyze top‑ranking competitor pages to recommend landing page improvements, fill content gaps and enhance conversion potential.
• Evaluate competitor backlink profiles and run link‑building campaigns to acquire high‑quality, authoritative do‑follow links.
• Collaborate with writers to produce SEO‑optimized, user‑focused content that performs well in both classic and AI‑driven search results.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Search and AI‑powered search platforms such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
• Analytical mindset with experience in competitor research, keyword analysis and SEO reporting.
