Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

Threatcop is seeking a proactive, analytical SEO Executive to join its digital marketing team. You will own the end‑to‑end optimisation of organic search performance across the company’s digital properties, driving visibility and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on‑page optimisation of website content, landing pages, blogs and metadata.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits, manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup and work with developers to fix issues.
• Execute link‑building campaigns, monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools, producing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Support AI Search, GEO and AEO initiatives to improve content visibility on AI‑powered platforms.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a strong grasp of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with content writers, developers and marketing teams.

Required skills

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO audit tools.
• Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager (basic), Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and schema markup.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
