Search Engine Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to join our marketing team. You will own the end‑to‑end management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing and other platforms, driving measurable business results through data‑driven optimisation and AI‑enhanced workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage high‑performing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Bing Ads, including keyword research, audience targeting and ad copy creation.
• Monitor daily performance and optimise for CPL, CPA, CTR and conversion rates; conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, bids and audience segments.
• Build weekly and monthly dashboards using Google Analytics (GA4) and platform‑level reporting tools; extract actionable insights for the Integrated Performance Marketing Lead.
• Collaborate with SEO, product marketing and demand‑generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools for bidding optimisation, audience expansion, automated ad generation and predictive performance forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Extensive hands‑on experience running paid campaigns on search and social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows that automate paid‑media processes.
