SAP Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead implementation, migration and application support projects for our SAP S/4HANA landscape. The role is based in Pune and involves managing end‑to‑end delivery for SAP modules while ensuring high‑quality service to our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor SAP S/4HANA projects covering implementation, migration and AMS engagements.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, including business users and senior leadership.
• Manage incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL standards.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, defect resolution and continuous improvement activities.
• Estimate effort, timelines and dependencies for change requests and enhancements.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and oversee the full lifecycle from design to post‑go‑live support.
• Provide extended support during critical periods, including weekends for high‑priority issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of formal education and 8–10 years of SAP Project Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Hindi is a plus.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Independent, ownership‑driven mindset with adherence to organizational guidelines.

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA architecture and support landscape.
• Experience with at least one SAP module (e.g., FI, MM, SD).
• ITIL‑based incident, problem and change management.
• AMS support activities, root‑cause analysis and defect resolution.
