SAP HR Time Management Consultant (Europe Payroll)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant specialized in HR Time Management and European payroll to join our Hyderabad team. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and supporting SAP Payroll solutions for Spain, Belgium, and other European jurisdictions within a global HR product environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult European HR and payroll stakeholders on SAP Payroll requirements for Spain, Belgium and other regions.
• Design and implement Europe‑specific payroll schemas, rules, and calculations.
• Customize SAP Payroll and develop enhancements using ABAP and ABAP OO.
• Ensure solution quality through testing, payroll validation, and production support.
• Work in an Agile/DevOps setup as part of a global HR Solutions product team.
• Support S/4HANA Payroll evolution and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll Europe, preferably on S/4HANA/H4S4.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Belgian payroll legislation and processes (gross‑to‑net, schemas, PCRs) is a plus.
• Strong ABAP and ABAP OO skills together with payroll customizing expertise.
• Experience supporting German payroll from an offshore (India) setup.
• Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage.
