About the role
A full-time, on-site SAP HCM Consultant position based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, for candidates with 5+ years of experience. The role covers HR systems, payroll and time management within SAP HCM.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM) and Payroll
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyse system requirements
- Perform system configuration, testing and documentation of SAP HCM solutions
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support system upgrades, enhancements and integration with other SAP modules
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams during development
Required profile
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM configuration and support
- Experience in SAP implementation or support projects
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; preferred: experience in SAP support or implementation environments
