ERP Implementation & Support Executive

About the role

Monalisa Group of Services is hiring an ERP implementation and support executive based in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The role covers implementing applications, training users, supporting client data setup and reporting, and working closely with clients on their business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the application and provide user-wise and department-wise training
• Communicate with internal customers about data setup, including tracking documentation and obtaining signatures on forms
• Prepare user-defined reports and maintain documentation and files as required
• Analyze clients' business requirements and objectives and work with them to meet them
• Meet the minimum monthly utilization percentage

Required profile

• End-to-end ERP implementation experience in any organization
• Willingness to travel to clients' locations and flexibility to changing schedules and travel across the country
• Ability to pick up new technical skills quickly, multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently
• English and Hindi communication; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage

Required skills

• Understanding of inventory, supply chain, procurement, financial accounting and sales and marketing ERP modules
• Functional knowledge of modules such as Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory and Finance
• SQL and Crystal Reports for technical support
