SAP FICO Manager – Gurgaon

About the role

The SAP FICO Manager will join PwC’s SAP Consulting Services team in Gurgaon, supporting clients to maximise the value of their SAP investments across finance, sales, supply chain and more. You will work on complex, end‑to‑end transformation projects, delivering business‑led, technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement SAP FICO solutions for clients.
• Analyse business processes, identify gaps and propose optimal SAP configurations.
• Lead problem‑solving activities from strategy formulation through execution.
• Provide coaching and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their development.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, ensuring adherence to PwC standards.
• Utilise a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or related finance systems.
• Proven ability to think critically, structure unstructured problems and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Strong self‑awareness, openness to feedback and a coaching mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across diverse environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time.
