Salesforce Technical Lead – Manager

About the role

PwC is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to join its Advisory line of service in Mumbai. The role focuses on designing and delivering custom Salesforce solutions that improve client customer experiences, drive sustainable change, and generate measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics and related products.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and sales teams to shape solution designs during licensing and project discussions.
• Lead and mentor a delivery team, ensuring effective communication, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Define business and technical objectives, set success criteria, and manage the full SDLC from requirements to release.
• Drive adoption of best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code‑scanning tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Proven experience with Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and data migration tools (Import Wizard, Workbench, Data Loader).
• Platform Developer 2 certification (or equivalent).
