Salesforce Technical Lead – Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead at the Manager level to drive the design, development, and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and related products. The role will help clients transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities while ensuring high‑quality, sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build applications on the Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics and related tools.
• Define business and technical objectives, set expectations for the platform, and establish success criteria.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and sales teams to shape solution designs during licensing and project discussions.
• Facilitate communication within the delivery team, mentor junior members and promote continuous learning.
• Identify and document repeatable processes, suggest improvements, and ensure smooth release management.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com and a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Aura components, Lightning Web Components, Apex classes and triggers.
• Extensive experience with integrations, data migration (Import Wizard, Workbench, Data Loader) and Salesforce administration tasks.
• Ability to evaluate technology trade‑offs, develop business requirements, and lead a delivery team.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, code‑scanning tools, and optional knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Pardot, Heroku and Salesforce DX.
• Platform Developer 2 certification preferred.
