Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager – Advisory (Pune)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join its Advisory practice in Pune. You will work with clients to design, implement and optimise Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective use of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead at least one end‑to‑end Marketing Cloud implementation.
• Configure content approval processes and automation workflows.
• Provide consulting, training and support to clients on Marketing Cloud best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly Email Studio.
• Hands‑on involvement in a full implementation cycle.
• At least one Marketing Cloud certification.
• Strong consulting or marketing‑technology implementation background.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Datorama, Interaction Studio).
• AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, SSJS.
• Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Landing Pages.
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud architecture.
