Salesforce Manager

About the role

Join PwC's Advisory Services as a Salesforce Manager, leading the design and delivery of custom Salesforce solutions for clients. You will help transform sales, service and marketing capabilities by leveraging data insights, online communities and integrated channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from clients and business analysts to define CRM needs.
• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce applications, ensuring high‑quality code and adherence to project timelines.
• Implement Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) solutions, perform unit testing and resolve bugs across the SDLC.
• Document solutions and provide technical training or knowledge transfer to Salesforce staff.
• Ensure non‑functional requirements such as security and data integrity are met.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Salesforce design, development and maintenance.
• At least one end‑to‑end Salesforce project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer and App Builder certifications are preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
