Salesforce Dev Ops Administrator

About the role

Join a global healthcare biopharma leader in Hyderabad as a Salesforce DevOps & Digital SDLC Engineer. You will own the Salesforce development lifecycle, design CI/CD pipelines, and ensure release governance aligns with GxP and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Use Salesforce tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum) to commit, validate, deploy and release changes across multiple sandboxes.
• Design, implement, document and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Act as the Digital SDLC focal point, ensuring release documentation, traceability and audit readiness.
• Partner with Product Owners, QA/Compliance, Business Analysts and technical delivery teams to drive automated, compliant releases.
• Promote automation such as Jira integration, test‑management integration and compliance‑as‑code.
• Provide coaching, training and support to Salesforce development teams and perform routine Salesforce administrator tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in Salesforce DevOps using tools like Copado, Gearset or Flosum.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with solid knowledge of the Metadata API, Git branching strategies and standard Sales/Service implementations.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.
• Experience with regulated environments (GxP), audit readiness and traceability.
