Sales Tele Caller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Tele Caller to join our Jaipur office. In this full‑time position you will make outbound calls to prospective clients, present our digital solutions, generate qualified leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and clearly explain our services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
• Build rapport with prospects, answer queries and address objections.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to understand and convey product/service details to prospects.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple calls and follow‑ups.
• Resilience, adaptability and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and related software.
