Sales Support Executive

About the role

Sanitrol Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Executive to assist with quotations, sales documentation, customer correspondence and day-to-day sales coordination. The role also covers urgent documentation and keeping work going when other team members are out of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations using approved pricing and company templates.
• Maintain quotation records, validity dates and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare RFQ responses, compliance sheets, company profiles and supporting documents.
• Handle professional email correspondence with customers, suppliers and distributors.
• Coordinate documentation, scanning, printing, courier dispatches and submissions.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide backup support for administrative and documentation tasks when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, quotation preparation or documentation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Prior experience with quotations, RFQs or tender project documentation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email and PDF/document handling.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet urgent deadlines.
