Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive acts as the single point of contact for the Institutional Sales Team, handling service‑related issues and bridging communication between the sales team and internal departments such as customer service and operations. The role also supports channel partners, especially wealth counters, to strengthen investor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely information, reports, and documentation to channel partners and internal teams.
• Maintain alignment between the sales team and distributors, including dispatching mailers, fact sheets, and brokerage structures.
• Prepare and share MIS, performance dashboards, and regional sales trackers for Karnataka.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and internal policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, and external partners on broker mobilization, payments, investments, redemptions, statements, dividends, and product information.

Required profile

• Strong multitasking ability to manage multiple channel heads and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail for accurate reporting and data maintenance.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
