Sales Support Executive / Coordinator

About the role

CodeQuery is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with lead management, documentation, reporting and day‑to‑day coordination. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and track leads, enquiries and follow‑ups using CRM or spreadsheets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documents for the sales executives.
• Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, demos and appointments.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on pending proposals, payments and client requirements.
• Collaborate with development, project management and senior management to convey client needs.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, sales support, business development or inside sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional client‑facing demeanor.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in an on‑site startup environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
