Sales Representative – Mumbai

About the role

Etihad is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in Mumbai. You will act as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships while promoting new products, services, and promotions to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales activities for designated accounts and monitor market and competitor trends.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Communicate new offerings and promotions regularly to ensure timely value proposition delivery.
• Research and analyse market data to define winning sales approaches.
• Coordinate contractual agreements in line with company policies.
• Represent Etihad in client meetings, events, and external engagements.
• Lead initiatives for new stations or territories and act as primary contact for GSA partners.
• Coach and mentor junior sales representatives, providing training and support.
• Define and execute sales activity plans using insights from Sales Strategy and Planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a sales team.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management across regional and headquarters functions.
• Ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
