Sales Manager – Vijayawada

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the KYC business development for the Vijayawada cluster. You will build and coach a team of sales executives, drive sales performance and ensure targets are met across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new KYC business opportunities.
• Recruit, select and train sales executives for each branch.
• Provide on‑field coaching and hand‑holding to improve sales habits, communication and productivity.
• Allocate territories, monitor performance and deliver assigned targets on time.
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, trainings and performance reviews.
• Conduct market analysis to define key activity areas, locations and dates.
• Review staff performance regularly to improve lead quality and business volume.

Required profile

• Minimum a regular degree.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in direct sales.
• Familiarity with the local territory and ability to speak Telugu and English.
• Strong people‑management, communication, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
