About the role
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Mid‑Market (MM) sales in Bangalore. You will be responsible for driving revenue and profit across enterprise and SMB customers, working both directly with end‑users and through channel partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue and profit targets for the assigned commercial territory.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and promote Lenovo ISG (Infrastructure Solution Group) solutions, including servers, storage and HCI.
- Identify, create, progress and close large‑scale deals with direct customers, leveraging cross‑functional support.
- Maintain strong executive relationships within IT and line‑of‑business organizations.
- Collaborate with regional MM head and cross‑geography teams to ensure seamless execution.
Required profile
- Minimum 11 + years of successful channel and direct sales experience in the IT market.
- Proven track record in enterprise and SMB sales, preferably within Mid‑Market segments.
- Experience managing large deals and complex sales cycles.
- University degree from a recognized institution.
Required skills
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions such as servers, storage and hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI).
- Consultative selling approach with ability to address customer pain points.
