About the role

Swiggy, India’s leading on‑demand delivery platform, is looking for a Sales Manager II to drive restaurant acquisition and engagement in a designated city. You will act as the primary liaison for independent single‑outlet restaurants, helping them grow orders, visibility, and customer loyalty through consultative, on‑field selling.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with restaurant partners.
• Conduct regular in‑person visits, deliver product demos, ROI analysis, and explain the benefits of partnering with Swiggy.
• Diagnose partner needs, position Swiggy’s solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle from pitch to activation and ongoing support.
• Track adoption metrics, troubleshoot growth barriers, and adjust strategies based on data.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, and report performance on city and central trackers.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competitive landscape, and restaurant industry developments.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food‑service or technology sector.
• Strong consultative selling mindset with a focus on solving partner challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field‑intensive role, averaging 80‑90 in‑person meetings per month.

Required skills
