Sales Manager – DST Channel (Vijayawada)

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the DST channel in Vijayawada, driving new KYC business and expanding the sales footprint. Reporting to senior management, you will recruit, train and mentor sales executives across multiple branches to achieve assigned targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new KYC business opportunities.
• Recruit and onboard sales executives for each branch.
• Conduct on‑field training, hand‑holding and performance coaching.
• Allocate targets, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of goals.
• Travel across the cluster to hold meetings, trainings and performance reviews.
• Perform market analysis to define key result areas, activities, locations and dates.
• Review staff performance regularly to improve lead quality and quantity.

Required profile

• Minimum a regular degree.
• Male candidates.
• Fluent in Telugu and English.
• Proven sales experience, preferably direct sales.
• Familiarity with the local territory.
