Sales Manager – Concrete Equipment

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Bhubaneswar and focuses on driving sales of concrete equipment across the state. The Sales Manager will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to order closure, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with customers and channel partners, deliver product presentations and demonstrations, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies and close deals.
• Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities and develop territory plans.
• Coordinate closely with marketing, service and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and post‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and CRM records.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• BE/BTech (MBA is a plus) with proven B2B sales, business development and key‑account management experience in industrial or construction equipment.
• Strong customer‑relationship, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities, combined with ethical sales practices.
• Experience in market research, sales forecasting and territory planning to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Ability to prepare technical‑commercial proposals, pricing estimates and contract documentation.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and relevant regional languages.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region and work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
