Sales Executive – Travel Packages

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing travel company. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and nurturing long‑term relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to travel packages and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Follow up on leads, convert them into confirmed bookings, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and travel arrangements.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 0–4 years of sales experience (travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
