Sales Executive – Premium Spirits

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of our premium spirits portfolio across the United States. You will work within Suntory Global Spirits, a leading premium spirits company, to increase volume, visibility and market coverage for iconic brands such as Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark, Yamazaki and Laphroaig.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume and sales targets for assigned brands.
• Manage and expand distribution, ensuring optimal shelf presence and inventory levels.
• Utilize allocated marketing budgets to maximize brand trials and equity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Plan and execute consumer activation and promotional activities.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and tactical recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand strategy, communication and effectiveness measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management within the beverage or consumer goods sector.
• Strong understanding of category dynamics, brand strategy and consumer behavior.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance and present insights.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
