Sales Executive – Power Tools (India)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join Dongcheng’s India team. You will work remotely while travelling across the country to support distributors, visit hardware stores and grow our retail presence for power‑tool products.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hardware stores (EIBCs) and distributors regularly to promote products and provide sales support.
• Organise in‑store promotional activities such as product demos, training sessions and POS campaigns.
• Optimize product displays and shelf layouts to maximise brand visibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfilment and market feedback.
• Analyse market trends, competitor actions and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and submit detailed activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the power‑tools industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Problem‑solving mindset and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment.
