Sales Executive – Personalized Fashion Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth for FMYWAY’s AI‑powered personalized fashion platform by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships in Kochi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on selling customized clothing, uniforms and delivery services to both individual and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through prospecting and lead generation.
• Present FMYWAY’s personalized fashion and uniform solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closing, ensuring targets are met.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to local marketing and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field, retail or business development sales, preferably in fashion, apparel or related sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of fashion, textiles or uniforms and ability to explain customization options.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems and AI‑powered applications.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kochi, manage time effectively and travel locally for client visits.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion is a plus.
