Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kozhikode. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our products and services, and converting prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers in the local market.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update records in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and post‑sale support.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and monitor market trends.
• Participate in local promotional activities and provide feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, resilient and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of Kozhikode market dynamics and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
• Prior field or inside sales experience is preferred, but fresh candidates with high potential are welcome.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
