Sales Executive

About the role

COAB is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its fast‑growing software startup. The role focuses on field sales, business development, and client engagement, helping to expand the reach of COAB’s digital solutions across Kerala and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients to introduce and demonstrate COAB’s software solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Represent COAB professionally during client meetings and business discussions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and prospects.
• Collect customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to turn conversations into concrete business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, business development, field sales, or client engagement.
• Comfortable meeting clients and traveling regularly for business meetings.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
• Curious and eager to understand customer needs and market trends.
