Sales Executive

About the role

Avyatrah is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Bhubaneswar. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our curated travel experiences, turning curious prospects into satisfied explorers.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries and outbound outreach.
• Present travel packages, adventure escapes, and cultural itineraries to potential customers.
• Close sales, manage bookings, and provide pre‑ and post‑trip support.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to align sales activities with upcoming itineraries and campaigns.
• Collect market feedback, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute ideas for expanding the travel ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven ability in customer relationship management, lead generation, and consultative selling.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in travel, adventure, and community‑building, with a keen understanding of traveler needs.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of working independently and meeting sales targets.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related sales roles is a plus.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.

• Familiarity with digital communication platforms for tracking and reporting.
